Creating the Future Together
Flavourists design and develop intricate and complex flavours, using essential oils, aromatic chemicals, specialty ingredients, essences and distillates. We endeavour to improve current products and work closely with R&D teams to anticipate future trends and market needs.
Skillful manufacturing and using high quality ingredients will produce a superior product with good texture and appearance; adding the right amount of a quality flavour will add the aroma and taste, sealing the total mouthful experience.

Smoke, Grill and Roasting flavours
Smoke flavour is a natural flavouring concentrate, obtained by subjecting untreated and uncontaminated hardwood, sawdust and woody plants to a process of controlled burning, dry distillation at appropriate temperatures or treatment with superheated steam to obtain fractions which have the desired flavour potential.
Powder and liquid flavours impart an initial charcoal grill flavour impact, followed by a lingering subtle smoked Bacon flavour and aroma. Use in Seasoning blends, processed meat products, gravy, pet food, snacks, marinades and anywhere a smoky, grill flavour is required.
